The use and maintenance of the main reducer of the non-fired brick-making machine

The reliable operation of the main reducer of the non-fired brick machine is the prerequisite for the stable production of all non-fired brick manufacturing factories. However, the majority of the operators on the production lines have not received systematic and professional training. They lack the basic knowledge of daily maintenance of the reducer and even there are incidents of rough operation of the reducer. Therefore, the normal operation and maintenance of the reducer are extremely necessary.

  

  The output shaft of the reducer is generally installed with a rigid shell coupling. This type of coupling does not have radial and axial compensation, so the alignment accuracy during installation is very high. During installation, it is necessary to ensure the coaxiality of the motor shaft and the reducer shaft. Doing so is beneficial to reducing the axial force of the input shaft and improving the safety of the reducer.

  

  The reducer uses an oil tank for lubrication. The lubricating oil of the reducer should be the high-viscosity gear oil produced by well-known manufacturers, and it should be replaced immediately after the first use. During later use, the lubricating oil should be replaced every three months. Generally, the oil temperature of the oil tank should not exceed 60℃. Some manufacturers often find that the oil temperature is higher than 60℃. This is because the thermal power of the reducer was not correctly calculated during the design, resulting in an excessively high oil temperature. Long-term high-temperature operation will cause the lubricating oil to deteriorate, and ultimately lead to the failure of the reducer.

  

  In this case, in order to improve the heat dissipation conditions of the reducer, it is possible to consider placing a fan beside the reducer to blow air on the high-speed shaft part to improve the ventilation conditions. Practice has proved that the effect is good.
